The office dashboard

Your home screen: today's jobs, cash position, pipeline health, and what needs attention.

The dashboard is the first thing office staff see after logging in. It's built from widgets — which ones you see depends on your role — that summarize the state of the business at a glance, so you know what needs attention before you go digging.

What's on it

  • Lead funnel and a breakdown of visits by lead source
  • Job status funnel — how many jobs are scheduled, in progress, completed, or overdue
  • Contract health — contracts expiring soon
  • Technician utilization / field activity
  • Cash position — month-to-date cashflow and Receivables Pending (everything customers still owe you across open invoices)
  • Today's activity — a live timeline of what's happened today across the workspace
  • The daily work report panel — every visit logged today, with amounts and remarks

Note — Widgets are permission-dependent. If your role doesn't have access to invoices, for example, you won't see the cash widgets.

A typical morning routine

  1. 1

    Check overdue jobs

See anything that slipped past its scheduled time and needs reassigning.

  2. 2

    Check pending approvals

Cancellations, reschedules, or write-offs waiting on a decision.

  3. 3

    Check cash position

Receivables Pending and this month's cashflow at a glance.

  4. 4

    Check expiring contracts

Call customers whose contract is ending soon to renew before it lapses.

  5. 5

    Skim today's activity

A quick timeline of everything logged today, in case something needs a second look.

Building a custom report

Click "Generate report" on the dashboard to build an ad-hoc Excel export from Leads, Work (jobs), Sales (invoices), or Payments data.

  1. 1

    Pick a dataset

    Leads, Work, Sales, or Payments.

  2. 2

    Choose columns and filters

Every dataset includes a date range plus filters relevant to it (lead source, technician, status, payment method, and so on).

  3. 3

    Optionally group and total

Group by a field (e.g. technician or service type) and add sums/averages — each group can become its own worksheet, or a shaded section in one sheet.

  4. 4

    Preview, then download

A preview shows totals before you commit; download gives you a ready-to-use Excel file.
