For Everyone

Your account, login & password

Sign in, reset a forgotten password, accept a team invite, and manage your profile.

Your account is your personal login — separate from any one workspace. You can belong to several workspaces with the same login, and what you can do inside each one depends on the role you've been given there.

Signing in and out

Sign in with your email and password. If you belong to more than one workspace, you land in whichever one was active last time and can switch from the workspace switcher. You can sign out from the menu in the office shell or the technician app at any time.

Note — For security, repeated failed sign-in attempts on the same email (or from the same device) are temporarily blocked. If you see "Invalid email or password" and you're sure it's right, wait a few minutes and try again rather than retrying immediately.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. 1

    Start the reset

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email.

  2. 2

    Check your email

You'll get a link to a one-time reset page. It expires after a while, so use it soon after it arrives.

  3. 3

    Set a new password

Choose a new password and you're signed in. Any other devices you were logged in on are signed out for security.

Joining a workspace by invite

If your office invites you by email, you'll get a link. Opening it either creates your account (first time) or adds the workspace to your existing account, and you're signed in automatically.

If your office added you directly instead (common for technicians), they'll hand you a username and a temporary password rather than an email link. The first time you sign in with it, you may be asked to set your own password before you can continue — this is the same forced password-change screen a manual reset uses.

Your profile

Open Account from the profile menu to see and update your personal details. What else you can change here (and which workspace-level settings you can reach) depends on your role — see Roles & permissions.
