Do I need fixed routes to use Overden Route?
No. Set up as many routes, depots, or vehicles as your business runs, and reassign drivers to them as things change day to day.
How does live driver tracking work?
Drivers carry the Overden Route app on their phone. Location updates as they move, so dispatch and the office see the route on a live map without asking for an update.
Can I track returns and rejections?
Yes. Delivery IN/OUT logs what left the vehicle and what came back — returns, rejections, or unsold stock — so the route reconciles cleanly at close.
Does attendance need a separate app?
No. Drivers and route staff check in and out from the same app they use for deliveries, with location tagged automatically.
