Do I need inventory to use Commerce?

No. Start with books and invoicing — income, expenses, invoices, and contacts — then turn on inventory and POS when you're ready for stock control and purchasing.

Can I import products from Excel or Tally?

Yes. CSV and Excel import with column mapping, plus a Tally-style stock summary parser. Saved templates speed up repeat imports.

Does POS deduct stock automatically?

Yes. You choose when stock deducts — on sale complete, invoice sent, or invoice paid. Void with optional restock.

Can I track partial payments?

Yes. Record multiple payments against invoices and transactions. Track paid, unpaid, and partial status with due dates.

What about budgets?

Optional monthly budgets per category. Pin a budget to the header bar to see spend vs cap as you work.

Is there an activity log?
