Global summary

Roll up cash position and revenue across every workspace you run, in one screen.

Every workspace has its own dashboard and its own numbers, which is exactly right if you only run one business. If you run more than one — a second branch, or a separate brand as its own workspace — Global summary adds up the financial picture across all of them, so you're not switching workspaces one by one just to check how the group as a whole is doing.

What it shows

Global summary combines the same kind of financial figures you'd see on a single workspace's dashboard — cashflow, receivables, collections — but totaled across every workspace you choose to include, plus a per-workspace breakdown underneath so you can still see which one is driving the number.

Who can see it

This is a financial view, so it's gated by its own permission separate from a single workspace's finance access — by default only the people you'd trust with group-wide revenue figures (typically owners) can open it. If a role has finance access in one workspace but not this permission, they'll see that workspace's own dashboard fine, just not the combined view.

Note — Editors can be excluded from the roll-up on a per-workspace basis, so a workspace-specific finance hire doesn't automatically get pulled into the group-wide number just because they can see their own workspace's books.

Example: checking group performance across two branches

One number for the whole business

You run a pest control company with a Dubai workspace and a separate Abu Dhabi workspace. Instead of opening each dashboard and adding the numbers yourself, you open Global summary once a week to see combined cashflow and receivables across both — then drill into whichever branch looks off before it becomes a bigger problem.
