Notifications
Stay on top of jobs, approvals, leave, and low stock with the in-app inbox and push alerts.
Notifications keep everyone informed about the things that matter to their role — a new job assignment, a leave request waiting for approval, a new lead, a warranty about to expire, or stock running low.
Where notifications show up
- The bell icon in the office shell, with a full inbox at Dashboard → Notifications.
- Push notifications on your phone or browser, if you've enabled them (useful for technicians who aren't staring at the app all day).
What triggers a notification
Common events include: a job being assigned to you, a leave request needing your approval, a new lead coming in, equipment approaching its warranty or maintenance due date, and stock running low. What you receive is scoped to your role — a technician sees job assignments, an admin sees approval requests.
Example
Catching a stock shortage early
Your pesticide stock drops below its configured threshold. A low-stock notification lands in the inbox for whoever manages purchasing, giving them time to reorder before a technician shows up to an empty shelf.
