Integrations & lead webhooks
Bring leads in automatically from Google Ads or your own website forms.
If you run ads or have a website form generating enquiries, Integrations lets those leads flow straight into your pipeline instead of being copied in by hand. This requires the Leads module to be on.
Generic lead webhooks
- 1
Generate an API key
Configuration → Integrations → create a webhook endpoint and API key.
- 2
Point your form at it
Send your website or third-party form's submissions to the given webhook URL.
- 3
Map the fields
Use the payload mapper to match your form's fields to Overden Field's lead fields, so name/phone/source land in the right place.
- 4
Check the logs
The request log shows every incoming submission, useful for troubleshooting a mapping issue.
Google Ads lead forms
Enable the Google Ads integration, set up the token/URL it gives you, and leads submitted through your ad's lead form appear in your pipeline automatically, tagged with the right source.
Example
Connecting a Google Ads campaign
You run a Google Ads campaign for termite treatment with a lead-form ad. After enabling the Google Ads integration and pasting the given token into your Google Ads account, every lead submitted through the ad appears in your pipeline within moments, pre-tagged as "Google Ads" — no manual entry, and no duplicate leads even if someone submits twice.
