Search
Find a customer, job, or lead instantly without knowing which screen it lives on.
Rather than remembering which section a record lives in, use search to jump straight to it — it looks across customers, jobs, leads, and other workspace data at once.
Using search
Open Search and type a name, phone number, or keyword. Results are grouped by type (customer, job, lead, and so on) and link straight through to the record — respecting whatever you have permission to see.
Example
Finding a customer from a phone call
A customer calls and gives you their phone number. Instead of scrolling the customer list, search the number directly — it jumps straight to their customer page with every job and invoice already in view.
