For Dispatchers
Map view
See your customers and today's jobs on a map, and assign the nearest technician to unassigned work.
Map view plots your customers and jobs geographically, which makes it much faster to plan routes and assign the nearest available technician than scrolling a list.
Using the map
- 1
Open Map view
It defaults to today's jobs — change the period filter if you want to look at a different day or range.
- 2
Click a marker
Clicking a customer or technician zooms in and opens a details panel with the visit or technician's information.
- 3
Assign the nearest technician
For an unassigned job, the panel suggests nearby technicians so you can assign one without leaving the map — or drag the job marker onto a technician marker.
Fleet workload panel
Open the fleet workload panel to see each technician's assigned work for a period of your choosing (today, yesterday, this week, or a custom range) — independent of whatever period the map itself is showing.
Example: assigning a walk-in job fast
A same-day emergency call
A customer calls with an urgent pest issue. You create the job without assigning anyone, open Map view, and click the new unassigned marker — the panel shows which technicians are working nearby right now, so you can assign whoever's closest instead of guessing from a street name.
