Free Pest Control Invoice Template

A good pest control invoice does two jobs: it tells the customer exactly what they're paying for, and it doubles as a record of the service delivered.

This template includes the usual invoice fields plus a treatment summary — products applied and areas treated — which answers most "what did you actually do?" questions before they're asked.

Free — no sign-up required.

How to use this template

  1. Add your company details, licence number, and tax registration number once and save it as your master copy.
  2. Give every invoice a unique, sequential number.
  3. Reference the service agreement for contract instalments, or the job for one-off work.
  4. Describe each line clearly — e.g. "Quarterly general pest treatment — visit 2 of 4".
  5. Fill in the treatment summary from the technician's service record.

Invoice straight from the completed job

In Overden Field, a completed work order turns into an invoice without re-typing, payments can be recorded on site, and balances are tracked across every customer.

Frequently asked questions

What should a pest control invoice include?

Your business and tax details, a unique invoice number, invoice and due dates, the customer and service address, a reference to the agreement or job, itemised services, tax, total, amount paid, balance due, and payment instructions. A treatment summary is a useful addition.

How do I invoice for a pest control contract?

Issue an invoice per billing period — for example monthly — referencing the agreement and the instalment, independent of whether a visit happened that month. Bill extra call-outs as separate lines.

Is this pest control invoice template free?

Yes. Copy it from this page or download the Word file — no sign-up required.
