Free Pest Control Contract Template

A clear service agreement prevents most disputes in a pest control business: what's covered, how often you visit, how the customer is billed, and what happens at renewal.

This template is structured for recurring plans — it separates the visit schedule from the billing schedule, so a delayed visit never holds up an invoice. Copy it below or download the Word version and fill in the brackets.

How to use this template

  1. Replace every [bracketed] field with your details and the customer's.
  2. Tick the services covered and list the target pests and treatment areas precisely.
  3. Set the visit frequency and the billing frequency separately — e.g. four visits a year, billed in twelve monthly instalments.
  4. State how many re-treatments between visits are included, so extra call-outs are clearly billable.
  5. Have the agreement reviewed against your local regulations before first use.

Stop filling in contracts by hand

Overden Field builds service agreements from templates, bills them monthly while visits run on their own schedule, and flags renewals before they lapse.

Frequently asked questions

What should a pest control contract include?

The parties and service address, services and target pests covered, treatment areas, number and frequency of visits, re-treatments included, term and renewal, price and billing schedule, customer responsibilities, treatment record-keeping, cancellation terms, and signatures.

Should I bill pest control contracts monthly or per visit?

For recurring plans, billing the contract value in monthly instalments keeps revenue steady even when visits move. Per-visit billing suits one-off and on-demand jobs.

Is this pest control contract template free?
