Ellora Contracting Co.
Industrial & construction contracting
Since 2004, Ellora Contracting Co. has delivered civil, mechanical, electrical, and manpower-supply work across Saudi Arabia's biggest industrial sites — from YANSAB to NEOM. Overden Route now runs their material and equipment stock, site deliveries, and crew attendance across every active project.

Before Overden
- •Twenty years of material and equipment supply across sites in Yanbu, Jeddah, Rabigh, and NEOM meant tracking what was issued to which site, with no single stock record showing what the yard actually held.
- •Purchases for each site's material and equipment needs were raised separately, with no tie-back to what was actually received or deployed on site.
- •Manpower attendance across dispersed sites was tracked on paper or spreadsheets sent in at the end of each day, sometimes hundreds of kilometers from the Yanbu office.
- •Vehicles carrying material and equipment between sites had no live visibility once they left the yard.
With Overden
- •Stock movements record every unit of material and equipment issued to or returned from a site, so the yard's real position is never a guess.
- •Purchases from suppliers post straight into the same stock ledger, so what's ordered, received, and deployed all trace back to one record.
- •Delivery IN/OUT logs each vehicle load leaving the yard and arriving at site, with live driver location tracking for the trip in between.
- •Attendance is marked from the site itself, so headcount per project is current without waiting for a paper sheet to reach the office.
Why it works
- •Twenty years of deploying manpower, material, and equipment across dispersed industrial sites is exactly the stock-movement and delivery coordination problem Overden Route is built around.
- •Running purchases, deliveries, and attendance through one system means a site supervisor and the Yanbu office are always looking at the same numbers, not a version that's a day old.
