Industry packs (pest, cleaning, HVAC)
Turn on the pack that matches your business to get the right labels, checklists, and tools out of the box.
Overden Field works for any recurring, route-based service business, and industry packs tune the app's language and tools to match your trade. You can enable more than one pack if your business does more than one type of work.
Turning on a pack
Go to Configuration → Features to turn Pest, Cleaning, or HVAC on or off. Pest is on by default for new workspaces; at least one pack always stays enabled.
What each pack adds
- Pest — activity-level tracking on service visits, bait-station-style checklists, and chemical-focused stock catalog labeling.
- Cleaning — deep-clean checklist templates and cleaning-specific asset labeling.
- HVAC — equipment identity fields (make/model/serial/refrigerant), maintenance plans that generate preventive-maintenance jobs, refrigerant logs, equipment certificates with expiry alerts, and contract SLA deadlines (response/resolve hours) that flow onto jobs.
