Multi-visit work — like a treatment plan that returns every few weeks — groups into a single job sequence so it does not have to be re-dispatched from scratch each visit. Once assigned, a job appears on the technician's phone as part of today's route with one-tap navigation, and its status moves from scheduled to in-progress to completed as the tech works, so the office always knows where a route actually stands without calling the truck.
